Founder clarity sessions
When a decision feels important, it helps to think it through properly.
I work one-to-one with founders who are facing real decisions — funding, hiring, strategy, growth, AI, partnerships or direction — and want clarity before they move.
Often a single focused conversation is enough to see the situation differently.
Situations where founders often reach out
Most founders don’t need mentoring all the time.
But certain moments benefit from an experienced outside perspective.
For example:
• deciding whether to raise funding now or later
• growth slowing and not knowing why
• questioning whether the current strategy still makes sense
• hiring or leadership decisions
• deciding how and where AI should change the company
• feeling overwhelmed by too many competing priorities
Often the most valuable step is simply clarifying the real problem before acting.
What happens in a clarity session
Clarity sessions are focused conversations about the decision in front of you.
Typically we will:
• define the real problem
• question assumptions that may be influencing the situation
• identify what actually matters right now
• explore possible directions and trade-offs
• decide what is clear enough to move forward
The goal isn’t perfect certainty.
The goal is clearer thinking and confident next steps.
Who this is for
Typically founders who:
• have real responsibility and something at stake
• are under pressure to move quickly
• recognise that the decision matters
• want clear thinking rather than more noise
• value an experienced outside perspective
This isn’t coaching.
It’s a focused conversation between founders about a real situation.
Clarity sessions are simple.
• 60–90 minute conversation
• £250 per session
As many sessions as you need but no long-term commitment
I usually work with only a small number of founders at any time.
Not sure where to start Ask the AI mentor first
Many founders start with a single conversation.
