Why this matters to me
Healthy ageing isn't simply an interesting market.
It's become a personal mission.
After spending much of my career building consumer businesses, including Unforgettable—a business dedicated to improving life for people affected by dementia—I became increasingly interested in how we help people stay healthier for longer.
Dementia taught me an important lesson.
Although no single intervention can prevent dementia, many of the things that reduce dementia risk are exactly the same behaviours that improve healthy ageing more generally.
What's good for the heart is usually good for the brain.
Healthy ageing isn't about living forever.
It's about maintaining independence, purpose and quality of life for as long as possible.

Why now?
This is becoming one of the largest markets in the world.
The combination of demographic change, AI, diagnostics and consumer behaviour is creating enormous opportunities to improve lives.
I'd like to play a small part in helping build that future.
